Basic Management Plan Starting at $500 USD

Plus Management Plan Starting at $1,000 USD

Advanced Management Plan Starting at $1,500 USD

Custom Property Management Solutions

Custom projects, portfolio management, consulting engagements, and enterprise-level services are priced individually based on:

• Property size and number of units

• Service requirements

• Timeline and complexity

• Maintenance coordination needs

• Administrative support requirements

A written quote, proposal, or invoice will be provided before services begin.

All prices listed on this website and all invoices are charged in United States Dollars (USD).

Payment Terms

Taxes

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, Fulfillment Policy, and Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to review these policies before purchasing services.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Completed services

• Approved vendor work

• Administrative processing already performed

• Services delivered under signed agreements

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Security & Payment Protection

K.R.D Property Management Group does not store full payment card information on its servers.

Pricing Changes
