Service Pricing

K.R.D Property Management Group provides professional property management, administrative support, leasing coordination, maintenance coordination, and real estate support services.

Pricing varies depending on the scope of services, property size, number of units, service requirements, and client needs.

Management & Administrative Services

Basic Management Plan $500 USD

Plus Management Plan $1,000 USD

Advanced Management Plan $1,500 USD

Custom Property Management Solutions

Custom service packages may be available for:

• Multi-unit properties

• Administrative support services

Custom pricing is based on:

• Property size and number of units

• Scope of requested services

A written proposal, invoice, or service agreement will be provided before work begins.

All prices listed on this website and all invoices are charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Depending on the service selected:

• Full payment may be required before services begin

• Deposits may be required for certain projects

Invoices & Billing

Customers will receive a digital invoice, payment confirmation, or receipt after successful payment.

For recurring services, management agreements, or ongoing service plans, the following information will be disclosed before billing occurs:

• Renewal terms

• Recurring charges

• Service fees

Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to invoices where required by federal, state, or local law.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our:

Customers are encouraged to review these policies before purchasing services.

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Completed services

• Approved vendor work

• Administrative processing already performed

• Leasing services already fulfilled

• Services provided under signed agreements

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Security & Payment Protection

All online payments are encrypted and processed through secure payment processors, including Stripe.

Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

K.R.D Property Management Group does not store full payment card information on its servers.

Pricing Changes

K.R.D Property Management Group reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Pricing changes will not affect services that have already been purchased, invoiced, or included in an executed service agreement.
