Leasing or tenant placement services after fulfillment

Maintenance costs already incurred
Charges authorized under a signed agreement
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services according to the termination provisions outlined in their service agreement.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balances, completed services, and approved expenses incurred before cancellation.
8. Maintenance and Vendor Services
K.R.D Property Management Group may coordinate maintenance and repair services through third-party vendors.
While we make reasonable efforts to work with qualified vendors, we do not guarantee the performance, workmanship, availability, or actions of third-party contractors.
Vendor charges remain the responsibility of the property owner as outlined in applicable agreements.
